The Sequoia residence is one of the first residences in Avoriaz. It was built at the same time as the Hôtel des Dromonts, which is located a few meters away, and consists of 30 apartments designed on half-levels. It marks the turning point that leads to the Place des Dromonts and its recently renovated shops, including a bowling alley, restaurants, caterer, wine and deli shop, and ski shops.
